cranky (but truthful and to the point) blog from a 50+ american who moved to Brasil to retire and found life here so expensive she had to keep working like a dog earning ethe equivalent of peanuts.Doesn´t suffer fools gladly and is constantly amazed at the shenanigans that go on in this country.

Still trying to get this Phoenix off the ground
Do I have the patience to make a blog? Well, it´s starting to aggravate me so I guess I have to say no, but never one to abandon something just because it is difficult (just ask the guy I´m in love with haha) I go plodding on.
